As Mama’s we are so emotionally invested with our hearts in everything our kids do, our environment and our own relationships. When we neglect to take time for ourselves, we can carry our stress and tension in our hearts centre creating both a physical and spiritual sense of tightness and withdraw .

This quick, guided meditation will crack open your heart centre, creating a sense of openness and peace, while releasing any tension you are holding onto in your heart. This meditation is perfect for anytime you are feeling tight, constricted or blocked. I specifically designed it to be long enough to be effective, but short enough that you can fit it in during naptime, your lunch break or waiting for school pick ups.
