Return Policy
QUALITY GUARANTEE
All Mama Malas are guaranteed against breakage for six months from the date of purchase. If your Mama Mala breaks within six months of purchase, send it back to us and it will be restrung and sent back to you free of charge. After six months your Mama Malas can be restrung for a restringing fee of $25 which includes return shipping and the replacement of any missing beads. Please email hello@mamamalas.com with details of the repair needed and date of purchase and we will send you further instructions.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to love your Mama Malas, so if the Mama Mala you selected isn’t right for you, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase on any unused items within the first 30 days after the order has been placed.
Just give us a heads up at hello@mamamalas.com and return it with your proof of purchase to the following address in its original packaging with tags attached:

Please be sure to mark the package as returned merchandise on any customs forms if necessary, as we are unable to accept any packages that arrive with customs due, due to incorrect customs information.
SHIPPING FEES
We are happy to issue a full refund on all purchases but any shipping fees aren’t refundable. This applies to any shipping costs applied on your original order, as well as the return shipping for refunds.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your Mama Mala, and there is a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we will either credit the card used on the initial purchase, or send you an invoice to cover the difference.
REFUNDS
Once a return has been received your payment will be refunded to via. your original payment method within 3 business days of the item being received by us.
