Shipping Terms
When will my order be shipped out?
Since all Mama Malas are lovingly hand made, please allow three to five business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Which carrier do you use?
All orders to the US and Internationally are sent through courier and USPS or API. We ship all of our packages within Canada with Canada Post unless other arrangements have been made.
Can you send out my package with a different carrier for quicker service?
Absolutely! We love that you want to receive your Mama Malas as soon as possible. Please email hello@mamamalas.com with the specifics and we will do our best to work something out.

Customs/Duties
We want you to receive your Mama Malas as soon as possible but unfortunately customs delays, although rare, can happen. Sometimes duties and taxes may be due at time of delivery, as we do not charge taxes directly on international orders. Although most orders will be under the tax threshold, we recommend checking in with your local customs office if you are unsure of your countries threshold.
